My first crochet sweater! I would consider myself an advanced beginner and this pattern was pretty easy and quick. Worked this as a long tunic/short dress for my date night with the hubby :) Went off measurements for hips instead of bust. My gauge was off by about 1/2 inch but I tend to crochet a little tight. I ended up using the 5.50 hook for everything except the wrists on the sleeves.

My hip measurements are about 41”. First section approx 21” wide stretched, with 75 ch for hip band (about 14” unstretched), and 26” in length unstretched. Worked the second section 2” wider with ch 82, with a tighter stitch towards the middle of the section and looser on the bottom. Sleeve section ch 56 with G 4.25 hook (8 1/2” wide unstretched) at the wrist. Changed to I 5.50 hook at 4 1/12 inches up the arm and tried to work loosely. Sleeves are 23” long each side, my upper arm measurement is about 10 1/2” around.

-Keep sleeve panel folded in half as you attach the corners of the front section with with the sleeve.
-I believe it was a combination of the yarn and my gauge but the fit was very snug. I would work the pattern a little bigger than exact measurements.
