toddler size: Cast on 85 stitches with 3.5mm for the brim and increased to 90 stitches with a 4mm needle for the rest of the hat. I knit for 15 cm. unrolled before decreasing.

After changing to green and knitting 1st stockinette round, omit knit 4sts from beginning of next round. 18sts.
Knit 2 rounds.
