I started off badly on this project, miscounting my cast-on stitches. By the time I realized I was short 10 stitches, I was already 9 rows into the project, so i decided to just increase two stitches and continue. It won’t make for the cleanest corner, but hopefully it won’t be noticed. This is what I get for counting by tens!

I got behind, and before I knew it, the baby was arriving soon. So, I stopped knitting with one skein to go. It’s a decent size for a baby blanket (32x28). I should have spent a few more hours putting a couple more inches on, but it’ll do. I had forgotten about the corner error until I just reread my notes--it’s not noticeable at all. I did make another miscounting error, though, so, one of my rows is more rectangles than squares, but I don’t think anyone will notice that, either.
