Given to Red Hat Anu

Using Hero Size F.
The yarn is thinner than what is recommended.

11-11-2016

Switched down to an E hook (vintage Hero also) after 4 rows. Tad more control. The difference in stitch height isn’t measureable, but the smaller hook makes it much easier to make the 3 wrap stitches and keep them tight.

Can’t believe I’m still working this project. I’m getting close to finishing the core 43 rows of shells. Progress should be quicker after that.

Added 3 more rows to the border because it seemed as if it would be too small. Ready to block.
