This is the perfect cozy winter sweater and I’ve been wearing it almost non-stop. :) I loooove the longer sleeves too! They grew a bit in blocking, but folded up they are perfect. I just roll them down when my hands get cold.

I didn’t run into any issues- some people changed the back waist increases/decreases, but I actually find the back shaping fits me really well.

I’ve never knit a sweater in anything thicker than DK weight, so this bulky is amazing and goes so quickly! I will definitely knit more bulky weight sweaters. There are so many colors of this yarn to choose from but in the end I decided on Frank’s Plum, a gorgeous deep purple. I usually go for blue so purple is a bit of a departure. ;)

Mods

• added 2” of length before beginning the back decreases
• knitted the sleeves extra long to cover my long “monkey arms.” Total length of sleeve is 22”/56cm.
• omitted the last couple rounds of the neck because I liked it a little bit lower when I tried it on.
