Fast, easy knit. I loved the faux-cables created using a stitch I personally hadn’t seen before, k2tog, leave stitches on the left needle and knit the first stitch again. The yarn is just gorgeous and honestly I kinda wanna steal this hat, but Cody has been faithfully wearing the striped hat in caron simply soft I knit him back in 2013, with all its imperfections. I think if anyone deserves a new handknit hat, he does. And he chose the yarn, which was a plump, squishy delight to work with. I’m going to have to grab another skein and knit another hat for me!
