Leg - as written (1 set up round, 50 charted rounds, 1 additional round in color A).
Toe - as written (the only possibility for lengthening the foot is by adding more plain rounds of color B, as described in the pattern, after completing the toe increases).
Foot - as written (1 set up round, 26 rounds instep and sole, 48 rounds instep flap).
Gusset - as written for lower gusset (you may do the higher gusset).
Sole and Heel - as written.
