Soft, warm, and perfect for standing a bridge watch in the Pacific Northwest. I finished this hat while underway for my shipmate and best friend. The pattern was easy to follow (and free!) and created a lovely 4-part decrease at the top. Using 2 strands of the line weight created a plush and durable fabric. I can’t wait to make another for myself!

Update: Did my boyfriend become my husband because I made him this hat? Maybe. Possibly.

He wears it everywhere. It’s been to 8 different countries. It’s in fantastic shape - this yarn is TOP KNOTCH. heh.

Our dog loves it too. <3
