An experiment in shawl shapes.

Simple repeatable chart.
Start lace at any point and finish at any point.
Add the edging if you want to finish the spine and round out the bottom point.

This sample was knit with one side stockinette and one lace so that people can see how both look.

5 repeats of lace body, and 2 of edging.

I’ve included mirrored pics of both styles to give a better idea.

Ridiculously, used size 3.5mm needles for the first half until I remembered I had some 4.5’s tucked away.
