Casting on 8 repeats of 22 for 32” cowl at my gauge.
Knitting this as doubleknitting instead of Fair Isle, so using tubular cast on and twice the stitches.
Gauge in dk on 3.25mm is 22sts in 4”.

Cast off as follows, work the final row just knitting the front stitches and slipping the back stitches. Then Kitchener stitch using the back colour to complete the final row and close.
