15-06-2015: Finished the week motifs. Mine are 11 cm after blocking, because of the yarn I use. Hope I’ll have enough.

13-06-2015: Pro tip: same weight+same yardage does not equal similar yarn. Especially when the materials are so different. Had to go to a 5 mm hook and it still looks denser than the others.

I unfortunately don’t have the money to order the new fancy yarn package, so I substituted with Scheepjes Roma. I tried to recreate the Peacock option, in much cheaper acrylic yarn in the colors shown in the project photo. I also replaced the creamy white color with black, because white clashes with my skintone.

Just ordered the yarn for about 20 euro and can’t wait to get started!
