Great pattern, very easy to follow. It has many useful charts.

Modifications:
Body length: 30 cm + 5 cm hem
Sleeves: 41 cm + 7 cm cuff

I did 4 more decrease rounds on the sleeves, before doing the cuff.

When I was done I have noticed that my gauge has changed and I was off by one stitch, so I should have been using US 4 needles instead of US 5. That made the neckline much wider and I fixed that by adding a crochet edge. With that, the measurements are according to the diagram.
