I used 2.75 mm needles for the ribbing on the neck, 3.75 mm for the colorwork, 3mm for the ribbing on the arms and body, and 3.5mm for the body.

I used the website http://www.worldknits.com/knitting-calculators/ to figure out my increases.

I was not able to get row gauge on the colorwork so when I finished the yoke it was over 9”. I knit to 9.5” and divided for sleeves. I knit the full length version with no waist shaping with 2.5” of positive ease. I knit 15” from the under arm with 3” of ribbing on the body, and 12” for the sleeves with 6” of ribbing. I did a simple stretchy bind off for sleeves and body.

I did not do a provisional cast on for the underarms. I just cast on the required amount of stitches using a cable cast on.
