This pattern is from the book that I purchased at the learning short rows class given by Mary Lou Egan at Two Rivers Knitting Guild in La Crosse, WI.

So cute.

I then took a Sheep class from Susan B Anderson at Madison Knitting Guild’s Knit-In in 2019.

This knit will be a fun walk down memory lane. Hopefully, I can finish it time time to give to Evan when we arrive there.

Realized when trying to create the face decreases, that this is not done in one piece. The head is knit separately and added to the body.

Ripping back the head to cast it on again.

NOTE TO MYSELF: skim the pattern if the directions seem unclear.

Eyes, nose and mouth. How?

The French knot eyes are in the wrong place.

Removed. Will try small circles of felt in the correct position.

Little Bear needs a Heart.

Found a silver bead that I used for a necklace a long time ago. Probably the 1980’s.

He’s ready to travel this morning!
