Modification: Decided to work a 1x1 ribbing. 70 stitches cast on.
I’m a bit confused by the set up round. Was the reason for KFB because needing to increase to account for the 2x2 ribbing?
I will start the charts with 70 stitches after one round of knitting for the set up round.

I ordered a 9” circular in US1, and will try to find a US2 since the ChiaoGoo circular magic loop is not a fun knit so far.

Will wait for them to arrive and pick up this project again.

9” circulars in US2’s are going OK.
Decide to print out the pages and follow along instead of using digital image on my Goodnotes.

I now realize that I knit the foot instead of the leg chart.
Will knit each foot on each leg and then probably work a straight stockinette foot.

adjusting to following a colorwork chart on such a small space. Worth tearing back and starting over a few times for muscle memory.

Trying to clean up projects in progress.Change of plans on these socks. Now short socks are in progress.

Went down to US1 (2.0mm) needles circulars and worked 6 rows in contrasting color.

Started the heel flap on 36 stitches:
Row 1: (RS) Sl1, k19, ssk, k1, turn
Row 2: (WS) S1, p5, p2tog, p1, turn.
Row 3: (RS) Sl1, k to 1 stitches before gap, ssk, k1, turn. Row 4: (WS) Sl1, p to 1 stitch before gap, p1, turn.
When finished there should be 21 heel stitches.

Finished.
As much as I like the color of all of the Stroll, I am not a fan. The yarn becomes fuzzy quickly. In this project the Stroll looks worn as they are blocked! The Heritage in contrast which is the green yarn blocked well.
