Rolled collar, rolled hem, A-Line version.
Cast on. Working the short rows
Helical knitting to prevent pooling with 2 skeins complicates working the sets. I forgot to switch skeins at one point. Had to pull back and now I’m not sure where I am in set 1, round 1. I’m going to pick it up and try a fresh look tomorrow.

New day, now I get the pattern!
I’m still on gauge, and I am now loving the simplicity of the knit. Now I get what the others were saying about how easy this sweater is to knit.
On to set 4, the first row of each set needs attention to stitch count, and so does the 4th row of each set. The rest is nice rhythmic knitting. Can social knit for the most part.

Not sure exactly where I left off. Trying to understand the instructions again
September 2, 2024
Got started again. Picked up where I left off with the values given. Made it work. Sleeves are held on waste yarn.
First try-on. Looks like it will fit! With lots of positive ease especially in the back. Won’t need the A-line version. It looks like I’m now knitting at 21 stitches for 4.“ That is why this pullover is larger than expected. Should be OK.
Helical knitting to blend the skeins of hand-dyed makes this a bit involved. But worth the effort.

Working a sleeve so that I can get a better idea of the length of the body and sleeves, too.

Knitting the sleeves as written.

The first sleeve is on hold along with the body of the pullover. I want to block to check in the size before I bind off.

Bind off knitwise.
No purling for this pullover!
