Notes

Excited to use this 2014 yarn from stash for our knit group’s KAL. I am using fingering weight yarn that I over-dyed to a bright green.

Provisional Cast On link. Easier to pick up stitches for the picot edge. Cast on with magic loop on a 32” circular needle.

After the pivot edge was created, went down to US4 needles.

A bit tricky, but need to make sure that the stitches are not twisted on the needle. I do not have an 18”-20” circular needle.

I realize now that I didn’t read the pattern correctly.

Will make my own version using the lace pattern and k rounds. Finishing with a picot edge.

I only have 120 stitches on my needle.. hmmm.

Knitted bind off. Will sew the bind off edge to the front of my work.

Too loose at the neckline. Will see what happens after blocking.
