I haven’t knitted for a few years but when I spotted this pattern in my library I thought I’d give it a shot. I used some yarn I found in a bag of mixed unmarked yarns from a thrift shop but I’m pretty sure it is Softee Chunky from the look and feel of it.

I am very proud of myself for finishing this up, and so quickly too. I only had to rip out a few rows at the end to rework them, nothing wrong with the pattern, just me getting used to knitting again.

I only had 10.5s in DPNs so it was a bit tricky keeping it on them since it was just a touch wider than the needle.
