Final Notes:
This project takes time to make. It is fine yarn on tiny needles. It is tunic length. Long sleeves. There’s lace and twisted rib. At some points you’re keeping track of three charts and a couple different stitch patterns. And it is WORTH IT. If you take your time with this one, and get into the flow, you will enjoy the project and end up with a wearable work of art.
The first few rows are the hardest. Be patient with yourself. It gets a lot easier. Go slowly at the beginning.
This yarn is incredible. So soft and drapey it feels like you’re wearing your most comfortable t-shirt, but if that t-shirt was nice enough to wear to a fancy party.
I have no idea how Jen graded this so that it works on such a large size range and looks like the same sweater on all the bodies. Jen is a genius, and I will knit every pattern she writes.
I am grateful she let me UX knit this pattern, and I hope you’ll get your own copy and make one yourself. It is absolutely worth every bit of time and love you’ll pour into it.
Don’t be too afraid either. It took me two months to make this, which is longer than I usually take to make something, but I also had COVID for almost three weeks of that time, and still was able to successfully make it!

Didn’t knit for about four or five days there… Unfortunately, COVID finally caught up with me after four years of successfully avoiding it. But, I did manage five mistake-free rounds today, so maybe I’m back on track.

Almost through 2 full skeins of yarn now. Just finished the bust darts a few rounds ago.
