. I want to use up my hoard of Work Sock. I think this works up similarly to DK. Maybe a little thinner? but it is a dense/firm ply.

Starting with the more varied skein. Hoping this lasts through the stockinette section. Then I’ll use the more solid skein for the cable/lace.

. Going with US 6 because I don’t want the cable/lace to get mushy.
… I even swatched a little!

. Center spine - the increases are right next to a single stitch spine, so that can squeeze things. On the Wrong Side, when I passed back over those three stitches, I would purl them a little more loosely. I think this both gave the increase stitches room to breathe, and equalized the two sides.

. Ribbing - did 1.5” per pattern. I think it was 10 rows.

. Bind-off: used Staci Perry’s Simple Stretchy BO

… In the past, I was getting flaring with this BO, but it works really well with a 2:2 rib. Not sure if the larger needle size helps too?
