Used the left over yarn from the georgia tech game day scarf. Still need to block. I am terrible at intarsia (I always make it too tight!), hopefully I can stretch it out a little for a smoother look. Have a feeling the boyfriend will love it regardless (he’s been asking for one for a while) and will be a great valentine.

2-13-10 Every time I look at the back of the coozie it reminds me of cottage cheese! I’m going to make another one, but double knit to eliminate my terrible intarsia skills… coming very soon.

3-2-10 Ok, finished this a week or so ago. No more intarsia problems. This version is double knit which makes it thick and coozie-like. Base is still done in the “garter coaster” pattern by Jessica Landers.
