4/5/2012 - Blocking. FYI I use EXACTLY 5 skeins of the Madeline Tosh chunky. No scraps.

4/3/2012 - A few rows of collar left. Going to look for buttons today!

4/1/2012 - I wasn’t happy with the sleeves… My arm holes are a little bigger than called for in the “small” pattern… I cast on and knit as if the sleeves were “large” and I am much happier with the result.

I also knit the torso for an inch and a half (maybe 2 inches) longer than the pattern called for. I knew this was a risk with the slanting button band… and I did “run out” of stitches by the time I got to the right shoulder… but I improvised and I’ll be much happier with the longer torso.
