My brother-in-law and his family moved from Florida to the midwest this fall. He has only asked me to knit him one thing, and earflap hat. I showd him the 1898 hat and a few others, each time he chose this one. So, 1898 it is in the colors he chose; his kids’ school colors. Now to get it done & surprise him because he has no clue I really am making it for him.
