It only took a couple of hours from start to finish.

I made several mods as I wanted a newborn size so I only cast on 72. I also only did ribbed rows for 1.5 inches as I didn’t want it to fold over. Followed pattern as written using smaller numbers which all worked out well. I cord for 6.5”.
