Initial stitch count = 76sts per sleeve

Decreases:
2 stitches every 2 rows four times: 68 stitches
then decreased every 8th row until 52sts left.

Hood:

No increases and decreases for the main part.
Knit 4 full stripes. Then two rows of gray before top shaping.
