This time, all the figures! Still not the natural color palette, because I love the rich colors of heartland (and I have a bunch of it leftover from other things).

Knitting Notes:
I am knitting these in the round, and using plastic canvas (not cardboard) inside the bases. Finished Mary’s basic figure on the first evening of knitting!
For animal legs, I did a 5 stitch i-cord and slipped lengths of drinking straw into the cord before sewing onto the body.

Finishing notes:
Made Mary, Joseph, Jesus, 2 shepherds, 3 kings, 2 sheep, a donkey and a camel. Not sure what I’ll do for a display, but I’m calling this DONE! Yay!
