Notes

Will only use a small amount of yarn, obvi. But I have a bunch of this leftover Super Saver from an afghan I just finished. I just wanted to give this project a try before I decide if I will make a bunch of these…because that, my friends, is how I roll!

02-22-18 - I abandoned the acrylic pretty quick here. I’ve worked two in fisherman’s wool, and one (so far) in Paton’s classic wool. The pattern I started with has a bottom, and I don’t like that…not at all. Also, I thought the stitch count was too big (especially on the bottom), so I brought that down by 6. However, as I go on without the bottom bit, I think I could go back to the original stitch count. I suppose I am still tweaking the thing!

02-24-18 - I think the one I like best uses the original stitch count, starting and ending with a 1x1 rib and purl round, leaving off the bottom of the cozy. It’s in the center of the top photo. smiley

Mods:
Cast on 8, increase to 48 using the method in the pattern. Adjust ribbing to accommodate different numbers. - not sure if I like this…
