Like the other I made, I did a normal CO, 80 stitches & this time, half twisted rib (KTBL, P) for about 1.5” instead of doing the scarf & picking up stitches from that. Changed to white & decreased 4 stitches on the first round.

I used stranded knitting for the black triangle. Also did the entire hat in SS.

I used magic loop for the beak & that worked well. No scarf tails this time.

Not sure how much red, white & black yarn I used - I forgot to weigh it beforehand.
