My own project shawl with garter stitch and feaher and fan motifs on the border. I’ve joined two completely different yarns: very thin Daphne Lace (wool with polyamid) and thick, unspun Plotulopi wool.
Addition of Daphne Lace gave two benefits: it was a kind of “consolidation” of unspun Lopi and made this muddy brown yarn more colorful.
All these gold, orange, red, cherry and dark green reflexes remind me autumn leaves falling on the ground - like nowadays on my everyday route for walks.
