Modifications:
Worked the raglan increases up to a size 3, which more than covered the yoke depth I need.
Cast on 9 stitches (size 1) on the body after splitting the sleeves. Immediately decreased 4 stitches twice over 5 rounds (8sts total: 4 in round 1 and 4 in round 5) to get the bust back to a size 2.
Knitted sleeves exactly as written for size 3 but doing a slightly different tubular cast off: work 4 rounds of double knitting 1x1 rib before “Kitchenering” the stitches. Gives a very nice, sturdy edge.

Using yarn that I unravelled from an old jumper I wasn’t wearing.
My gauge is well off (17sts rather than 14 
) but I like the fabric I’m creating and don’t want to go up a needle size because it’ll be too flimsy so, after doing the maths, I’ll mostly follow the size 3 to get the size 2 fit I want.

Left body on needles because I’m slightly concerned over how much yarn I have left for the sleeves. My maths seems to have worked though as the fit looks good.

One sleeve is finished and it’s perfect! My maths was spot on. 
I’m very glad I went with the size 3. Size 2 would’ve been far too small at this gauge… I picked up the stated number of stitches for size 3 so I didn’t have to change the decrease rate.

Main knitting is done but I’m leaving the body cast off to do tomorrow as it’s a bit late for it now. Super pleased with it and I cannot believe I knitted it in less than a week.
