All these mittens need is a pieces of ribbon to tie them together. I don’t know why it is taking so long (except that the baby they were meant for is now nearly four years old).

Sewed on ribbon. Since there is no way these will ever fit Maisie (and I’m not sure how I’d get a tiny, floppy baby hand into them anyway) they are hanging on the wall by the front door as a talisman against the cold.
