This little hippy doll is beautiful.
It is really hard to capture how exquisite the detail in these patterns really is. The dinky shoes have 3 teeny tiny flowers on each side, with a sandal like design. The dress is layered with 26 more flowers And then there are 5 in her hair.
I wanted to try something different with the hair. I was after a sun kissed look so I combined yellow with ivory. Not wholly the outcome I intended, but I like it nevertheless! I used a small elastic hair tie then covered it with the flower tieTo get the effect of a messy bun.
The pattern is very comprehensive with lots of photos to help you through. It is detailed and every part is different.
If you want a challenge, a pattern where you need to count and concentrate and choose pretty colours then these patterns will not disappoint.

My advice is to take your time and enjoy the experience. The pattern will not be rushed and if you’re after a quick and easy project then this is not for you. If however you want to showcase your skills and create something beautiful then go for it!
