I cast on 80 instead of 100 because even with 5.0mm needles the rib was going to be loose. After the ribbing section I added 5 stitches per repeat (for 105 total as per the pattern), keeping in mind to place 4 of the YOs where they would fall in back of a cable two rows later, making them invisible.
