I actually followed the pattern for the XS Baa-ble Child Hat. (C/o 76 and increased to 96, and only omitted rows 21-25 so somewhere between small and XS) I did the folded brim on US 3, and then switched to US 5, and then followed the chart.

Really an outstanding chart, and a great outcome!
