Had to send back 9 unused skeins of Drops kid-silk as I couldn’t stand the itching when trying to wear the gauge swatch against my neck. Not sure if it is this specific yarn or mohair in general. Probably getting spoiled with the cashmere I‘m used to wear recently. Will try with a suri alpaca & silk yarn next as I still would like to obtain some halo on the fabric.

The swatch with Setasuri feels much better agains my skin, however, it adds more white to the appearance despite similar m/g.
Finally acted on the neck of the sweater and worked my way through the 24 rounds of twisted stitches. Twisted knits are OK but twisted purls in that number are tiresome. Was considering if I should just go without them but decided then to honor the instructions as it might have changed the width of the neck. From here on, it should be much more enjoyable!

Finished and very happy with the result! The second sleeve flew off the needles in no time. The little hem on the body tends to curl up, hope that blocking will do the trick.
The pattern is well written and easy to follow.
