Using AddiCraSy Trio (Nova Long) for the first time. Tried with standard length first, but couldn’t get used to it, not resting well in my hands. The longer version works much better. If I will prefer them over standard DPN? - Still to be determined.

Had to frog the leg of the first sock. 64 stitches on 2.25mm needles in this pattern were too tight to get it over my foot . Starting over with the 72 stitches version, this turns out to be just right in size.

This project hibernated for quite a while, I gave priority to some other projects. Due to the lack of something exciting new ready to start, I picked it up again, let’s see how far I get into it this time. Heel of the first sock turned, ready to work on gusset and foot.
As my instep is pretty high (7cm), I worked the flap rows 23 times and picked-up 24 stitches from each edge plus 1 in the gap at the instep on each side. Total of 104 stitches resulting in 16 guest stitches each side.

First sock finished, it fits well. Weight is 39g.
From Magico 83g remain, from Regia 66g ???? Need to wait until the 2nd sock is finished to get more clarity.
As I had no DPNs of this size available to revert to, I worked the whole first sock with the Crazy Trio and finally got used to it.
