Notes

My husband gifted me this super cute tank bag (from Bike Fee). It came with a shoulder strap and hip straps. These are very nice to carry the bag for larger distances but both of them need to be removed while driving and it takes time to attach them. I wanted a simple handle so I could remove the bag easily and take it along for short distances. It was evenly important to have it short enough so the handle can stay attached while riding.
As it is now a more or less permanent part of the bag, I wanted to give the simple nylon strap I used a personalized Harley-Davidson look. The same yarn as for my husband’s H-D beanie and a simple colorwork panel did the job. I used Judy’s Magic cast-on, knitted a flat square and Kitchener stitched both ends together.
