For the CamomilleWalk KAL
30.03 found some needles - so going for cast on with 4.5mm!

The sun has forsaken us here in London, photos are the best I could get considering the appalling light conditions, I tweaked the exposure levels on some of them.

• knitting with 1 strand at a time, 4 rows NBK, 4 rows WC
• was using M1 but then decided to change to M1L, M1R as it did actually look better - thx ZarahMaria (the Camomille Guru)
• Edging stitches look tight, will change to 2/3 edge stitches next time and maybe do YO’s as other WCKALers are doing
• did 17 repeats for main body - I like odd numbers
• Used 41g of WC Luxe Lite, and 78g of NBK fingering weight for stripey body
• used the darker NBK skein only on the ‘snips’
• 72 ‘snips’, done! 53g used.
• No Crochet edging
• added some large ceramic glazed beads to the tassels
• unblocked measurements 25” x 71”
• Blocked dimensions

Lace edging hmm …. put the kettle on, this is going to take a while!

Yarns
WC. I know I’m already a huge fan, but Cathrin’s Luxe Lite is just sublime, absolutely gorgeous, it definitely deserves the name Luxe, and is soft & warm.
NBK. These were my first NBK’s, its so difficult to get hold of! and I can see why. Again Gorgeous, beautifully dyed and the base has a lovely soft sheen, and achieves a surprising amount of cushiness, even though it’s dense and strong.

Can’t wait to cast on but all my needles are occupied!!!!!
