More Christmas knitting. Doing this as a double knit (ha, as if I do anything else these days) and enjoying the results so far.

I decided to throw in a simple five-stitch border and a monogram from Anna Wuerful Brown’s The New Filet Crochet Book, which can be found in the Antique Pattern Library.

The letters are my first foray into three color double knitting. It requires a bit more concentration, especially because I’m doing that section non-mirrored.

Black on red is nearly always a disaster for legible lettering, but I don’t think I left myself time to duplicate stitch over the second C.
