Opted for 2X-3X:
3X until body
after separating the sleeves cast on U 2X for body => 312 sts
sleeves 3X pu 12+11
neckline pu 45+20+45+22 sts

The suggested length for the body is way too short for my personal preference in larger sizes. So I lengthened the MC body part by 7-8 cm.

Body length from underarm after washing 40 cm.
Bust circumference after washing 140 cm.
Positive ease: ~17 cm.

Perfect.
