So my daughter got a new puppy and right away asked me to knit it a sweater. I’m down with that--how much knitting does it take to cover a 4 pound dog?

I started from the back end and worked forward, made it in 2 days. The part between the leg holes was done with yarn from the center of the ball so as not to interrupt the striping pattern. I had hoped the finished sweater would be a little large and would fit for a while, but it was snug right from the start. I’ll have to start another one soon.
