10.27.17 Ordered yarn from Wool and the Gang - it was on sale!!! So excited as their colors are beautiful and a little more trend conscious!! I got the bright yellow.

11.03.17 Received the yarn and am a little disappointed in the color. The website depicted the color as being more of a bright, clean yellow. It’s a little oranger than I would have hoped in real life. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll exchange it for a different one.

11.05.17 Decided to keep the yarn despite being a little disappointed in the hue of the yellow upon receiving it.

I cast on 43 stitches today for the front and am going to kind of make it up as I go. Hopefully there won’t be too much ripping out required. Decided on all over garter stitch with ribbing on the openings. I am able to reference my pink sweater I made form The Third Piece for approximate size of pieces.
