Chest: 27.25”
Length: 23.5”
Starting top down. Four stitch repeat for colorwork. I am increasing 4 stitiches every other round in two places on either side of the chest.

Since I want my colorwork to continue all the way down across the flap (boy dog), I am planning to cast off the belly, then change to steek stitches. We’ll see how the goes, hopefully stuff doesn’t get too lumpy!

Aggressively worked on this this past week and will finish tomorrow! The decreases beyond the armholes were improvised… I just kept trying it on him to get it to be a custom fit. I made it a little TOO perfectly fit and next time I want to leave some ease (I already bought yarn for second version of this with a different colorwork design.) I want to stretch it a little bit when blocking.
The steek section + ribbed edging worked out perfectly. I am excited to block this project and have him wear it to the brewery. Lots of ends to weave in first!
