8.21.14 Entered this into the Minnesota State Fair this year since I had it on hand and won a 3rd place ribbon!

This pattern is the most well-written pattern I have ever seen. I have done tubular cast on’s before, but this one is different from the typical one. I LOVE the look of the edge, and it really maintains a great elasticity.

So excited to use Brooklyn Tweed for the first time! I have been meaning to make a hat for my boyfriend and wound up throwing away my first attempt. Now he thinks I’ll never make him one, so this will be a birthday surprise.
