09.10.12 Finished first slipper.

09.09.12 Purchased some leather slipper bottoms! I got 9.5” Fiber Trends ones in the brown color. It’s a lighter, warm, kind of honey brown. Purchased at Borealis in Saint Paul.

08.27.11 I began the heel. I am going to make these shorter than the pattern says. When cuffed, they come up to about the bottom of the calf.

08.18.12 Going to knit these cool cabled slipper socks for my sister’s Chistmas present! I am thinking I will buy dark brown leather bottoms with maybe a fleece lining. Those sound super cozy.
