Toe-up; Turkish cast on 12/12---->34/34. Decided the 68st was too large, so ripped back to toes and 64st. I probably could have made them 60st. Not used to the larger needle and thicker yarn, but they feel great.

FLKH: 1-10-10-10-1

Used new-to-me bind off: grandma’s stretchy for 2x2 rib. It works okay and doesn’t bind on the leg, just not the stretchiest I’ve used.

A little disappointed in the yarn at first wash. The socks were thick and yummy while knitting (such that I was going to have to buy new shoes to fit them!), but became much thinner and limp-ish after washing. I’ll have to see how they wear.
