This was for my sister who is a photographer. She wanted a Christmas hat but something different too. I knew I wanted to use this pattern (perfect for photo’s) but I also wanted an old fashion feel. I chose the Santa Belt Buckle design. I hadn’t seen many like this and there was no striping so I was finished in an hour. I used hook size 6.00 (J) on the brim because of the chunky yarn then used a little bit of I Love This Cotton Spark in Ivory to crochet the belt buckle on the top.
