Very quick and fun project.

Since discovering 9” circular needles, knitting small circumference projects in the round has been like a beautiful dream…

I started these with 1” of 1x1 rib, did 20 repeats of the lace pattern, then finished with 3” of 1x1 rib.

It took me a few tries to find a bind-off that had a right amount of stretchiness. Ended up using this one: http://crankygrrrrrl.wordpress.com/2007/01/15/k1p1-invisi...

These don’t stay up above my knees on bare legs, but work well worn over tights.

My single complaint about the yarn is that it pills terribly.
