For the March KAL in the Knit Like a Latvian group.
Note: This yarn is sooooo yummy to work with. Soooo soft!!
I’m going to make them a tad too big and then I’ll full them a little for added warmth.

For the hand, I’ve decided to make the chart on page 150 in Laviesa Cimdi by Maruta Grasmane.
For the palm and thumb, I’ll make the chart 29 on page 32 of Latviesu Rakstaine Cimdi by Mridza Slava.
For the cuff I’ll be using the cuff of the chart 253 on page on page 88 of Latviesu Rakstaine Cimdi by Mridza Slava.
I’ll add a couple of Latvian braids between the sections.

I’m one of those that doesn’t like the feel of a peasant thumb so I’m still debating about adding side gusset for the thumb but those aren’t Latvian.
