Adjusting single-size pattern to accommodate my measurements and gauge.

Pattern has waist shaping and waist darts, which is fun to see, and to try out.

Have tentatively modified the neck to allow for a couple of inches of drop in the front, using SRs to shape upper bodice ala the 1930s technique often used for yoke sweaters. This will allow the hem to be knit straight out from the sts on the needles and folded under.

Knit the 5th triangle today, and 10 rows in on the 6th. 95%. Should be able to finish this weekend.

Thinking about what sort of snaps to use for the shoulder closure. KAM snaps, maybe? A bit anachronistic, but I could cover them with fabric to hide the plastic.

7th triangle finished. Left front neck and shoulder complete. 98%

05-01-2022

Finished the knitting! And I think the neckline actually worked out! Front and sleeve #2 washed and pinned to the blocking pad. Weaving in ends on the back and sleeve #2 today
